When You're Born You Can No Longer Hide

are now locked up at home for almost three days, and given no sign that the fever to leave, are not many things I can do. I took the opportunity to watch some movies on Sky and I must say that from this point of view, I was lucky. Today, for example, I stumbled upon a movie that I had promised myself to go see the movies and then for one reason or another, I could not see in theaters. I'm talking about "When You're Born You Can No Longer Hide" by Marco Tullio Giordana (The Best of Youth) in which is told the story of Sandro, who, during a sailing holiday with his father, falls into the water and retrieves one of the many desperate boats that ply the Mediterranean sea in search of "salvation" in Italy. Sandro, what will be the time of awareness of the existence of a world completely different from where you used to live a wellness and wealth (his father is a small businessman from Brescia), but Sandra will keep this world through the eyes of a twelve year old and a child's eyes they are aware of the nuances of the soul that adults can not, unfortunately, no longer see.
Giordana's film is a mirror in which we are all reflections of us who have the useful and, often, unnecessary. We who are perched behind our prejudices without trying to understand and empathize with the 'other' in 'different'. We fear that we have these privileges are taken away from us at any moment and we are ready to prevent this everything, in everything but put into question.
