I applied for this card a couple of months and arrived within ten days.
For now I can only say that I appreciate the fact that it is free (and it is the extra paper that I applied for my wife) and the ability to recover one percent of the costs.
But I have noticed that movements in the exercises do not accept it (and they take Visa). It is probably because EA is charging higher fees to retailers.
